    From 1 July 2026, new EU import rules mean a customs duty applies to all parcels containing goods sent from Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) to EU countries. To keep your order moving smoothly through customs without any unexpected charges on delivery, we collect a flat £2.99 EU Import Duty at checkout and prepay it on your behalf.

    This duty is charged in addition to shipping (it still applies even where free shipping qualifies) and ensures your parcel is delivered tax-paid with no further fees due on arrival.
