Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.

• Sealed vinyl records in original shrink wrap
• All original packaging, inserts, and accessories included
• No visible damage or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or unsealed vinyl records
• Items with removed or damaged shrink wrap
• Special orders or custom items

How to Return

1. 01Email info@vinylvault.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. 02Wait for approval — we'll send return authorisation and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
3. 03Ship the item securely using tracked shipping. Use vinyl mailers for safe transit.
4. 04Receive your refund — processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. For faulty or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover all return shipping costs.
